Lady Gaga recently spoke to UK?s OK magazine about her meteoric success. The princess of pop said ?Sometimes I find my head spinning. Not because of alcohol, but because of my life.? Honestly, she?s got my head spinning too. At one point, nobody cared about the singer. The next, her name is on everybody?s lips. It?s not a bad thing though. I think Lady Gaga is absolutely amazing. I pretty much think that the music industry should give her an award for bringing music back to life. She?s made history in such a short amount of time by breaking sales records and charts records. Lady Gaga is love.
Simon Cowell did a mighty fine job organizing and finding artists to sing on the cover of REM?s hit ?Everybody Hurts?. The cover features some of the biggest artists on the UK and US music scenes. The song will be available for download on Sunday, February 7, and released on CD the following day. The song features the voices of Leona Lewis, Mariah Carey, Jon Bon Jovi, Kylie Minogue, Miley Cyrus, Susan Boyle, Mika, Michael Buble and more. According to HMV, the single will split proceeds 50/50 between Disasters Emergency Committee and The Sun?s Helping Haiti appeal. Go out and buy the single and help the earthquake victims!
Rihanna appeared on the UK reality competition series X Factor this past Sunday night to belt out her latest single ?Russian Roulette?. On the show, the 21-year old Barbadian singer also shared that she will be going on tour in Spring 2010 and that tickets will be going on sale in just over a week. That?s definitely some exciting news! And it seems that Rihanna herself is excited about the whole thing as she said ?I can?t wait to come back here.? I?m sure all of her fans all over Europe are pretty excited about her coming back to wow everyone with her performances.
Peter Andre?s new single ?Behind Closed Doors? is shaping up to debut at the number one spot in the UK. Julian Monaghan of Amazon.co.uk Ltd said ?We saw a high number of orders as soon as the track became available at midnight on [Saturday] and sales continued to be strong throughout the day.? At their last track, Andre has already outsold all the artists at the top of the singles chart, including Tinchy Stryder, Black Eyed Peas and Calvin Harris. The singer believes that he can be the country?s next Robbie Williams, saying that ?people gave Robbie s**t for being the fat kid from Take That when he was doing ?Freedom?. He felt how I feel now.?

A pair of tribute concerts for Michael Jackson tribute have been cancelled.
The shows were originally to take place at London’s O2 Arena on August 29 and 30. Organisers, however, failed to seal deals with performers.
AEG, the promoters of Jackson’s UK tour, said it still hopes to sponsor an event to honour the late king of pop, who died suddenly on June 25.
A source close to the event said, “If they ever happen, it will not be until next year. We didn’t want to rush out something that was substandard ? we would rather wait until we have got the best possible people.”
A separate tribute concert in Vienna was announced on Monday. World Awards Media, the promoter, said high profile stars and members of the Jackson clan would join the performance currently slated for late in September.

Amy Winehouse has finally returned to the UK after an extended vacation in the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. And while she may be looking better, I can?t really say the same for the hotel she left behind. It turns out that the singer caused a reported $40,000 in damages to her hotel suite before leaving as she trashed her room into ruins. According to a source, ?There were cigarette burns in the sofa, broken beds, smashed chandeliers, cracked mirrors and all the plumbing was blocked.? Yuck! Wino needs to clean her crap up! If she doesn?t want to, she could at least pay for it.
A teary-eyed Amy Winehouse arrived at London?s Gatwick airport on Monday morning after the singer?s extended 8-month stay in St. Lucia. I can?t believe she made it in one piece! Actually, I think Wino looked a million times better than she has in previous months. She has more meat on her bones now. According to her spokesperson, Wino is really happy to be back in the UK and ?can’t wait to catch up with family and friends.? However, some people are saying that?s not the real case. Wino apparently outstayed her welcome on the island. Wino kept getting banned from hotel bars and disturbing the locals so she thought that it would be a good idea to pack it up and leave before she was banned from ever returning.
Britney Spears? handlers surprisingly let the recovered pop star out to have a night out in the town in London after finishing her first week of the UK leg of her ?Circus? tour. The singer dropped by Maddox night club this past weekend before calling it an early night and heading to bed. No fishnets, sunglasses at night, late convenient store stops or a pig wig involved in the whole matter, just a bunch of bodyguards and an utterly bored looking Britney. The times have seriously changed with this one folks. Let?s hope she stays in her non-crazy state for the sake of her kids.
