Porcelain Black has a new single out called “Naughty Naughty”. In a somewhat comedic way, the sassy up tempo track was actually leaked by producer RedOne via YouTube this past Sunday. If you’re wondering why, he took to his Twitter to announce that Porcelain’s new single would be officially released on iTunes and radio on November 15th, which drew a lot of heat from fans. RedOne understood the fans’ frustration and decided to leak the single. “Naughty Naughty” is a straight pop song. I guess with the chart disaster that was “This is What Rock N Roll Looks Like”, Porcelain and her team decided to come up with a new strategy.
Chaz Bono’s decision to join Dancing with the Stars has come under attack. And just like the great mom that she is, Cher protected her son from all the insults. The music icon took to her Twitter saying “Lovelies! Chaz is Being Viciously Attacked on Blogs & Message boards about being on DWTS! This is Still America right? It took guts 2 do it. Lady Gaga has recently premiered the official music video for her latest single “You and I”. The Robert “Mutt” Lange-produced ballad becomes the fourth single from the princess of pop’s highly successful album “Born This Way”. The 25-year old singer took to her Twitter just as the video debuted, saying “You will never find what you are looking for in love, if you don’t love yourself.” Check it out! It is a visual extravaganza! While I don’t quite get the concept of it, it’s an enjoyable watch. I loved the presence of Lady Gaga’s male alter ego in the video too.

Cee-Lo Green recently premiered the music video for his latest song “Cry Baby”. If you’ve already seen the video and are wondering where the hip hop singer is, he’s really not there. Cee-Lo even joked about his absence from the video on his Twitter, saying “I had no idea they shot a video for cry baby. I hear it’s cool though.” Jaleel White, who’s best known for his role as Steve Urkel in “Family Matters”, actually takes on the role of Cee-Lo and gets his groove on with a group of ladies in the video. Cee-Lo was right – it is pretty cool.

Rihanna kicked off her “Loud” world tour this past Saturday in Baltimore, Maryland. Among her exciting and lengthy set list, the R&B singer performed her brand new and controversial single “Man Down”. After the premiere of the music video for the song, the US Parents Television Council immediately went out to accuse Rihanna that the video was “an apparent enticement to young women to turn to violence”. She has since addressed the issue on BET’s 106 & Park and on Twitter. And to shut it all out, Rihanna did a killer performance of “Man Down” during her concert. Work it!

Emile Hirsch shows off his directing chops in this recently premiered music video set to Eminem’s “Kill You”, which comes off of the rapper’s 2000 record “The Marshall Mathers LP”. The clip marks the second video that Emile has directed and features several furry friends that belong to “Nikita” star Lyndsy Fonseca. Lyndsy wrote on her Twitter “My friends #EmileHirsch, @Chuckchurch made a video starring my animals. enjoy!!!” I wonder if Eminem has seen this clip and what he thought about it. I think it was pretty funny. I like Emile’s sense of humor. It definitely comes out in his directing chops.

Amber Riley recently took to her webcam to cover Adele’s new single “Someone Like You”. The “Glee” actress also took to her Twitter to express her thoughts on the British singer and her song, saying “I don’t care who sings it, NO ONE can sing an Adele song like ADELE, she is perfect 
but I’m glad you guys liked my version too….” Amber isn’t the only “Glee” star to cover the likes of Adele though. Last night’s episode of the hit TV show saw Gwyneth Paltrow take on “Turning Tables”. Snoop Dogg has paid his respects to his friend and former 213 band mate, Nate Dogg, who passed away on Tuesday. The rapper took to his Twitter to say “We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb. One of my best friends n a brother to me since 1986 when I was a sophomore at poly high where we met. I love u buddy luv. But if you’re one of the few people who don’t have any of the above, she’s a new pop singer on the scene with the much talked about song “Friday”. As for why it’s a huge topic, no, she’s not the next best thing. She’s not even close. I would gladly listen to Justin Bieber for the rest of my life if it means I never have to hear from Rebecca ever again. The lyrics are so bad that they’re actually hilariously good. I can’t even classify this as actual music but rather just a parody of teen pop. Sadly, it actually looks like Rebecca’s being serious.

A couple of weeks ago, Kanye West announced via Twitter that his joint album with fellow rapper Jay-Z would drop on 1.11.11. The date has come and gone and there’s still no album out. Now, it looks like the album has been delayed further as Kanye went to tweet about it, saying “WATCH THE THRONE COMING IN 2 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!” With all the delays that this album has seen, it better be good. I suppose I can forgive them if they do make it good. I wasn’t exactly thrilled with their latest single “HAM”. They’re two of the biggest names in hip hop. I would hate to take that back just because of this one album.
Soulja Boy made a daring claim on his Twitter this past Sunday that was soon re-tweeted by his legions of fans. According to the rapper, Willow Smiths hit song Whip My Hair, which has catapulted the 9-year old singer into superstardom, was actually all his doing. Soulja Boy said YES ITS TRUE I WROTE “WHIP MY HAIR” FOR WILLOW SMITH. THATS WHY SHE SAYS HOP OUT THE BED TURN MY SWAG ON. WE GETTING $$$ 2011 NO GAMES (sic). However, Ronald Jackson and Janae Rockwell are listed as the songwriting team behind the track and not the rapper. Why would he make such a claim to fame? Apparently, Soulja Boy trademarked the phrase turn my swag on after the song became a hit, which means that the songs producers will have to compensate him for using it in Willows song. Shady!
Chris Brown released a song this past Friday called Where Do We Go from Here via his official Twitter. The Jim Jonsin-produced track features rapper Pitbull. All I can say about it is that I absolutely love it! The song has an electro dance vibe that screams hit. Pitbull is actually in charge of the verses while Chris takes over for the choruses. Its a great effort that I hope to see on the R&B singers upcoming album FAME. However, it seems like its just a buzz record to increase the hype for Chris new music. I cant help but say thanks though for giving out such a great tune.

Raz B is lashing back at Chris Brown, insisting that their feud on Twitter was not about receiving attention but was about standing up for what he felt was right. In the wake of the 21-year old R&B singers apology, the B2K member has issued an apology of his own, saying I want to publicly apologize for my direct attacks done out of anger. This is now about taking the right approach, so not only my story can be heard, but so someone learns something valuable. As it was previously reported, Raz ignited the feud by tweeting comments about Chris assault on Rihanna. Chris reacted with a slew of racist and homophobic slurs with Raz firing back some slurs of his own. Raz continues Standing up for yourself does not mean yelling or victimizing others and I sincerely apologize for that. I was told that ‘you cant hear my message if Im screaming.’ As for the death threats his brother made towards Chris, Razs rep said Raz B cannot control his brother being protective over him.

The 21-year old R&B singer said ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!! 2011. The teen pop sensation hinted at their collaboration back in October, before tweeting a video of himself covering Chris hit With You. Justin wrote Kinda hyped [right] now for a new single teamed up with one of my friends and an artist I used to sing covers of on YouTube. BIG RECORD. SMASH!! Its a good thing we only have a few days to wait for it.
Chris Brown has completed a court-ordered 52-week domestic violence course and proudly showed off the certificate of completion on his Twitter. He was ordered to take the class after pleading guilty to assault on his former girlfriend Rihanna. Chris also received five years probation and 180 days of community service. Along with the photo of the signed certificate, the R&B singer tweeted Im done with class. While a certificate of completing domestic violence class isnt something I would be proud of, I guess Chris has something to boast about since hes made a huge step towards progress. Kudos to Chris for sticking to the program.

Cory Monteith recently went on Twitter to share a picture of Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams on the set of Glee which had many wondering if the rock star was going to be on the show. However, Hayley said that she was only on set to visit and not film a cameo. When sources asked about her visit, Hayley said A few of the cast members had reached out to me over Twitter a while back. They all seemed really cool and down to earth, so when Cory invited us to come and see the set I was stoked. We don’t do a whole lot of TV appearances and their world is a lot different than what we’re used to. I just had a good time seeing everyone in their element.

As you all know, Smashing Pumpkins is re-launching for a new album and tour later this month. Kanye West has cancelled his November 26 Today Show concert in the wake of his torturous interview with Matt Lauer. The rapper went on Twitter to announce the news, saying Im not performing on the Today Show for obvious reasons. Im so happy the world got to see just a small piece of the set up. I blatantly said Im not performing on a tweet and to everyone around me and the next day they still announced a performance. Do you guys see what Im saying now? Guns n’ Roses frontman Axl Rose reportedly claimed the band’s new tour was cancelled – but it turned out to be a Twitter hoax.
The 48-year-old lead vocalist had a message posted on his Twitter page, according to NME, on August 15 claiming that the tour was off.
The post said: “All upcoming Guns N’ Roses dates are officially cancelled. Please contact your place of purchase for any refunds.”
Fan sites said at the time that they believed it was a hoax and that the page could have been hacked.
A band spokesperson later confirmed that the claim was a hoax and Axl Rose’s Twitter account had been hacked.

Kanye Wests Twitter account is quickly becoming one of the biggest pages on the social networking site. But while the rapper may already have over half a million followers, he only had one person in the universe that he was following. At least that was the case last week. I went to check his page earlier this week only to find out that a big fat zero was hanging out on his page in the following section. I have to assume that Kanye decided to delete who he was following. If you remember, the random guy he chose to follow wasnt exactly grateful for having to be the only one followed. I guess thats why.
Weezer was recently the talk of Twitter world. Smashing Pumpkins lead singer Billy Corgan was performing with the band in Tampa Bay, Florida over the weekend when he lost consciousness and passed out right in the middle of a song.
