Justin Bieber Remixes Lil Wayne Song

Ξ October 11th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, New Single |

Justin Bieber has brought back his rapper alter ego Shawty Mane for this fresh remix of Lil Wayne’s latest smash hit “How to Love”. The teen pop singer kept the entirety of the original lyrics and even added a whole new rap verse. He definitely shows off his talent on the sweet acoustic number from “Tha Carter IV”. A couple of demos of Justin as Shawty Mane have leaked recently and is making me think that a rap album or mix tape might be in the works. I think he’ll do it one day. He obviously likes that type of music.

Chris Brown’s Hot VMAs Performance

Ξ August 30th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Chris Brown, Dance, MTV VMA |

Chris Brown showed off some acrobatic moves while performing during the 2011 MTV VMAs at Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles this past Sunday. The 22-year old R&B singer started off the dance medley with “Yeah 3x” and ended with “Beautiful People”. He did all this while he soared in the air with two of his backup dancers. It was a spectacular performance and I wasn’t at all surprised when he got a standing ovation, including ones from Kanye West and Justin Bieber. Chris later took to his Twitter, saying “Thx to all my fans who showed support tonight! Had a blast! Congrats to all the winners!!!! Be safe tonight! Love you!”

Justin Bieber Wants to Collaborate with Lil Wayne

Ξ June 28th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne |

Justin Bieber has a lot going on for him these days, but the pop singer hopes that he’ll be getting back into the studio some time soon. When he does, Justin is hoping to work on a new duet with none other than Lil Wayne. However, the rapper is apparently not too keen on the idea. It’s not because he doesn’t love the kid, but because he’s afraid of what it’s going to do with his image. Lil Wayne explained “That’s my little homie now. He texts me every night asking me to do [his] damn song. That’s my n**ga, but I can’t do it. Like I said, I don’t want to f**k his s**t up.” To be honest, I can’t really see Lil Wayne toning it down to meet Justin’s audience, nor can I see Justin maturing to meet Lil Wayne’s audience.

Justin Bieber Gives Letterman Top 10

Ξ June 24th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ David Letterman, Justin Bieber, Video |

Breaking news!
There is a rumor that Justin Bieber was knocked to the ground by a man in the crowd at New York City Macy’s store where Justin was to promote his new perfume

Justin Bieber was on hand to present the Top 10 list segment on Wednesday’s episode of “The Late Show with David Letterman”. The category was “Little Known Facts about Justin Bieber”. Who better to deliver the list than the pop singer himself, right? Here’s the funny list:
10. My new fragrance “Someday” also makes a delicious low-calorie salad dressing.
9. I served 8 months in prison for siphoning gas.
8. The first thing I bought when I hit it big was a four-slice toaster.
7. As hard as I’ve tried, I don’t know how to not be adorable
6. Justin Bieber’s my secret identity, I’m really Green Lantern.
5. I’m not really a big fan of Kevin James.
4. I begged my publicist to get me out of this.
3. Last week I accidentally waited in line for two hours for my own autograph.
2. My mom had to remind me [David Letterman] is not Larry King.
1. It’s a hairpiece.

Justin Bieber Set to Appear on BET Awards

Ξ June 22nd, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Awards, BET Awards, Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne |

It has been confirmed that Justin Bieber is scheduled to make an appearance at the BET Awards. How could the most popular act in the music business not make an appearance at the annual hip hop and R&B award show anyway? Note my sarcasm. The 17-year old pop, I reiterate, pop singer joins a list of other artists including Beyonce, Mary J Blige, Kelly Rowland, Trey Songz, Lil Wayne, Drake, Chris Brown, Alicia Keys, Rick Ross, Ace Hood, DJ Khaled and Jill Scott. If Chris Brown is performing, I’m willing to bet that Justin will perform alongside him with their collaboration “Next 2 You”.

Justin Bieber planning to invite Dancing On Ice’s Johnson Beharry on stage

Singer Justin Bieber is reportedly planning to invite Dancing On Ice star Johnson Beharry on stage with him. The 17-year-old pop star is currently touring the UK with his My World tour and he will be playing the O2 Arena in London on March 16. It’s claimed Bieber is a big fan of Victoria Cross hero Johnson Beharry, 31, and he got in touch with him through Beharry’s professional skating partner Jodeyne Higgins. A source said to UK newspaper The Sun: "Justin has been told of Johnson’s bravery and is really excited to meet him." Beharry was given the Victoria Cross, the highest military award for valour, in 2005 after he saved members of his regiment from ambushes in Iraq.

Who is Rebecca Black?

Ξ March 15th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Fun, Video |

If you have a Twitter, a Facebook or even a MySpace, then you should know who Rebecca Black is. But if you’re one of the few people who don’t have any of the above, she’s a new pop singer on the scene with the much talked about song “Friday”. As for why it’s a huge topic, no, she’s not the next best thing. She’s not even close. I would gladly listen to Justin Bieber for the rest of my life if it means I never have to hear from Rebecca ever again. The lyrics are so bad that they’re actually hilariously good. I can’t even classify this as actual music but rather just a parody of teen pop. Sadly, it actually looks like Rebecca’s being serious.

Justin Bieber’s fever is still strong

Ξ March 11th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, News |

It looks like it is too soon to talk of any of that Justin Bieber fever going down since current events suggest quite the opposite. While in Liverpool where he will be holding a concert, the secret location of Justin Bieber was apparently revealed, probably by someone who has no idea what catastrophe that could cause, and the singer’s hotel was immediately swarming with many of his teenage fans. There was mass hysteria and whatnot, especially after some unfounded rumors, but at one point Justin Bieber decided to do all of his fans a bit of good and appear at the balcony and give them a wave or too. The pandemic of Bieber fever apparently rages on… and there’s nothing too likely to stop it.

Miley Cyrus on SNL

Ξ March 7th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Miley Cyrus, TV Show |

Miley Cyrus poked fun at herself and a few other headline-making celebrities during her opening monologue on Saturday Night Live this past weekend. The Disney singer/actress addressed her previous controversies singing “There’s a photo of me being kissed by some dude and [photographer] Annie Leibovitz trying to get me nude. For those of you who think that’s very crude, I’m sorry that I’m not perfect.” In another verse, she pokes fun at Lindsay Lohan and Tiger Woods, singing “I never stole a necklace or got a DUI. Never cheated on my wife like that golfer guy. So what you can see a little boob from the side? I’m sorry I’m not perfect.” Kristen Wiig and Bobby Moynihan also chimed in, saying “You didn’t make a dirty tape and pass it along. You didn’t text a photo of your dong.” To which Miley replied “Don’t both of these things seem worse than a bong?” Epic. She also did an impersonation of Justin Bieber in a skit.

Justin Bieber Gets Top 3 Highest Grossing Documentary

Ξ March 7th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Movie |

Justin Bieber’s documentary “Never Say Never” has already grossed $63,300,218, landing it a spot as the third highest grossing documentary film of all time. If the pop singer can keep it up, he could reach the top spot. The teen sensation just has to surpass the $77 million to beat “March of the Penguins” for #2 but needs to gross over $120 million to beat out Michael Moore’s “Fahrenheit 9/11”. It sounds like the penguins are done for. I’m not sure he can beat out Michael but there’s still a possibility. And here I am wishing he would go away.

Justin Bieber’s productive birthday

Ξ March 1st, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Birthday, Justin Bieber |

The teenage pop singer might just be on to some very practical and popular fad. For his birthday which is today, Justin Bieber wants his fans to donate seventeen dollars to charity as a birthday gift. This is what Justin Bieber had to say to his fans on his birthday: “I want to make my birthday matter this year – let’s make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change. I’m really so grateful for my family, friends and fans – and I believe we can do something big to help bring clean water to people in need. Even if you don’t have $17 to give I just ask you to go out in your community and try and make a positive difference. Even the smallest act of kindness can go a long way. Thanks and God Bless!” If this is the kind of gift that Justin Bieber likes for his birthday hopefully he has been very, very generous in buying himself something too.

Justin Bieber got frisky with some lovely ladies at the BRIT Awards

Ξ February 16th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ BRIT Awards, Brit, Justin Bieber, Performance, Singers, Video |

The singer who snagged an award for “Best Breakthrough Act” apparently couldn’t help but brag about meeting Rihanna and Cheryl Cole at the ceremony. This is what Justin Bieber tweeted on the matter: “I got nervous up there and couldn’t rememeber anything. Lol. I did get to kiss cherylcole and rihanna on my way to the stage.” Well, well… Justin Bieber sure isn’t letting any of that charm of his go to waste. Still he might want to keep in mind that he does have a girlfriend now and such interactions might be frowned upon a bit. But then again, Justin Bieber does seem like the kind of dude who can get any girl he wants.

Justin Bieber in Talks to Appear on WWE

Ξ February 8th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, singer |

Justin Bieber’s reps are reportedly in talks with World Wrestling Entertainment to participate in the company’s biggest event of the year, Wrestlemania. I’m not sure just what kind of crossover audience that the WWE and the pop singer might have but according to sources, talks have been ongoing for several months now and a deal for Justin to perform at the event may be reached soon. I wonder if his performance would call for him to fight in the ring. I sure hope so. Maybe someone can kick his butt so I can never hear from him again. That will be a dream come true.

Justin Bieber tweets congratulations to Oscar-nominated Hailee Steinfeld

Ξ January 26th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Academy Awards, Actors, Actress, Justin Bieber |

Oscar-nominated actress Hailee Steinfeld has a famous teen admirer – Justin Bieber. The 14-year-old actress was nominated for an Academy Award for her the role of Mattie Ross in the Coen brothers adaptation of True Grit. She appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live and spoke about finding out about her nomination. "It was very exciting I think I got more text messages today than any other time in my life. "Its very overwhelming, it’s a lot to comprehend but I have great family and friends who are very supportive." Joked Kimmel: "Maybe the most overwhelming is that Justin Bieber tweeted to and about you today, did you know that?" Steinfeld said: "I did, a friend told me." Bieber, 16, tweeted: "Met at the Globes and she is super talented. CONGRATS to Hailee Steinfeld for being 14 and getting nominated for an OSCAR for TRUE GRIT!" He added: "Now Hailee get a twitter." Kimmel asked the actress what she thought of the tweet. "I’m thinking I should," she said.

Justin Bieber makes his documentary even more epic

Ξ January 25th, 2011 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Singers, song |

Just when you thought that there was no more that could be done with “Never Say Never”, Justin Bieber has brought on another epic composer for the documentary. Ester Dean, who is apparently behind Rihanna’s “Say my name” and Katy Perry’s “Firework” is the new addition to Justin Bieber’s super-awesome squad. This is what she had to say about working with the teenage singer: “I first met Justin with Usher at an ‘American Idol’ event. He was like, ‘Oh my God … I’m such a fan of your songwriting!’ And I’m like, ‘You’re a fan? I’m a fan of your music!’ He’s a very talented guy. He was very easy to work with and was very nice. We just finished up some music for the new movie he has coming out. I can’t get too much into it. I don’t want to give too much away. But it’s going to be great.” How much more awesomeness could this documentary take? They’d better release it already before it just pops.

Ξ December 28th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, New Single, News, Songs |

Chris Brown recently went on Twitter to say that he and Justin Bieber will be releasing a new song together this weekend. The 21-year old R&B singer said ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!! 2011. The teen pop sensation hinted at their collaboration back in October, before tweeting a video of himself covering Chris hit With You. Justin wrote Kinda hyped [right] now for a new single teamed up with one of my friends and an artist I used to sing covers of on YouTube. BIG RECORD. SMASH!! Its a good thing we only have a few days to wait for it.

Justin Bieber did get turned down once

Ξ December 7th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Love and Romance |

The teenage pop singing sensation probably has not problem wooing any age-appropriate female on the planet, especially given that French secret weapon of his. But it looks like Justin Bieber is still pretty shy about all of it. When asked if he ever got turned down by a girl, Justin Bieber answered: “Yeah…I don’t remember her name.” Well, thats sure subtle and modest of him. That was probably a long time ago and now Justin Bieber needs only say the word and theyll just fall to his feet especially if the word is in French. But he probably closely follows Ushers advice.

Eminem is getting back in the game at 53rd Annual Grammy Awards

Ξ December 2nd, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Bruno Mars, Eminem, Lady Antebellum, Rihanna, Video |

Even though his recent stuff didnt seem to sound that amazing, it looks like somebody up there sure likes Eminmens music as he is currently at the top of the nominations list for this years Grammy with no less than ten nominations. Among the categories in which Eminem is nominated for Grammys are Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Rap Album. He does owe two of those to Rihanna, though. Of course, in which of these categories he is actually going to get an award still remains to be seen, but it is a pretty impressive thing for Eminem. Maybe he hasnt lost his touch after all.
Bruno Mars follows with seven, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, and Lady Antebellum got six nods, John Legend and B.o.B got five, Drake, Rihanna, Cee Lo Green, Katy Perry, and Alex Da Kid get four nods each.

Justin Bieber has a new video Pray

Ξ November 29th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, V Factory, Video, singer, song |

The singer has recently released a new music video for his also new single, Pray. As you would probably expect the video is a collage of footage from many of Justin Biebers travels where he visits sick children, on duty soldiers and so on and so fourth. At some points it is a bit touching. The images actually manage to augment the songs potential a little bit and thats probably the best thing this video has to offer aside from being a reasonably powerful promotion tool, that is. To wrap it all up, there are also some images of Justin Bieber playing his guitar and singing suspended somewhere in a big metal heart. And if thats not confusing enough, the images are black and white. Thats where the video kind of derails a bit.

Miley Cyrus Ditches Original AMAs Song

Ξ November 22nd, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Performance, Taylor Swift, Video |

Miley Cyrus was originally set to perform the Poison hit Every Rose has Its Thorn at the 2010 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles this past Sunday. However, the Disney singer/actress made a last minute switch and performed her song Love and Forgiveness off of her album Cant Be Tamed instead. I wonder if its because of the reports that her parents are actually going through a divorce because her mom allegedly had an affair with Poison rock star Bret Michaels. Its a big possibility. In any case, Miley did well on her performance. Im glad to see that she managed to keep herself together through these tough times.

Justin Bieber Investigated for Assault

Ξ October 18th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Concert, Justin Bieber |

Justin Bieber is in some trouble after a 12-year old boy complained that the pop singer punched him in the face at a laser tag center in Richmond, British Columbia. Staff from the Planet Lazer Entertainment Center said that the teen sensation was being followed around and heavily targeted during the game. Sources have confirmed that the boy was hurt but also said that I cannot confirm the identity of the other party. A news station said that Justin might be under investigation for assault. Im not too sure about this. As much as I dislike Justin, I doubt that the usually happy-go-lucky teenager would go around and hit someone.

Justin Bieber is proud of his French

Ξ October 16th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber |

It seems that the singer has admitted in his autobiography that he is glad that he learned French because it attracts the ladies. This is what Justin Bieber wrote on the matter: “Now I’m really glad that I speak French, because, let’s face it, girls dig it when a guy speaks French. They call it the language of love, and that ain’t no coincidence. Plus, I love my French fans! Trs jolie! Isnt Justin Bieber cute the way he tries to act like this big shot ladies man? And he still believes the French stuff from cartoons. He should try it one day, see how much good it does him.

Justin Bieber is smashing records

Ξ October 4th, 2010 | → 0 Comments | ∇ Justin Bieber, Record Sale |

It seems that the teenage wonder has struck again with his album My World 2.0 which has been in the top 10 of the best selling albums for twenty-seven weeks now. Not since NSYNCs No strings attached has there been such a performance. Justin Biebers career just doesnt seem to stop. This is a really big record to smash and its not very likely that there will be another who will manage such a performance anytime soon. But maybe this is just Justin Biebers big soar before the even bigger fall. Careers can always take a very sudden turn, especially when youre a singer and you wake up one day with a different voice.
