So get ready for The Jonas Brothers v2.0…or so Kevin Jonas’ wife might have us believe. The Jonas Brother’s spouse seems to be pretty excited about the idea of her and her husband starting their own family. This is what Danielle Deleasa said on the matter: ”I cannot wait to be a mom and I know he’s pushing to be a dad.” So it looks like Kevin Jonas actually did manage to beat his brothers to it and be the one to expand the Jonas Clan further. Disney Channel is probably looking forward to him becoming a father too. They’ll probably be very excited about sinking their claws into the fresh new talents.
Joe Jonas has reportedly made some major changes on his upcoming debut CD. The pop singer was said to have started with a softer sound but has done a big 180 and switched gears to a more dance-filled and upbeat record. The Jonas Brothers member told In Style “I began writing it with a Michael Buble mentality, but now I’m switching gears a bit.” Joe has even asked electropop singer/producer FrankMusik to collaborate, saying “He’s awesome. We’ve gone through couple of different sounds.” It seems like Joe is definitely trying to keep away from that old Jonas Brothers sound. Do you think he has what it takes to make it?
With the help of a few additional performers, Jonas Brothers make a hell of a show in the video to the song “Things Will Never Be The Same”. The song is included on the soundtrack of “Jonas L.A”. The video was filmed at night, and it is included in one of “J.O.N.A.S.”’s episodes. Joe Jonas has scored himself some TV time and possibly a new career as the Jonas Brothers singer landed a guest-starring role on the hit TV series ‘Hot in Cleveland’. According to EW, the 20-year old pop star will play Valerie Bertinelli’s son. Joe’s first, and likely not the last, episode will air in August. If he plays his cards right, he’s got himself a new career once the band thing completely tanks and Nick Jonas no longer wants to work with him because he’s too busy being a big Broadway or West End stud. This way, Joe can also keep himself in line and avoid breaking any more hearts.
Miley Cyrus is showing off that she has some insightful observational skills by talking about what she considers to a double standard in her attitudes about her skanky ways versus someone like Zac Efron. The pop star who claims she doesn’t listen to pop music said “Well, I love Zac Efron, but what’s he selling? He’s gorgeous, he’s hot, I don’t go see his movie because I’m like, ‘He’s such a fantastic actor.’ He’s a great actor, but he’s hot. He’s just not in a leotard with his legs out. He has his shirt off. So what’s the difference? In ‘High School Musical’… he’s in basketball shorts and his cutoff tank top and all the girls are dying. It just isn’t as obvious when guys do it. I was on tour with the Jonas Brothers my first year and boy bands get away with a lot. For girls, it’s always going to be harder. That’s not an excuse, it just means we have to work harder.” She has a point. And if you repeat that to someone else, I will hunt you down.
It looks like Nick Jonas isn’t the only one hoping for a solid career outside of the Jonas Brothers as older brother Joe Jonas has announced plans to release a solo album himself. The singer said “There’s nothing to hide. We’re just waiting for the right timing. There’s a lot of Jonas stuff going on this year, so once there’s a place for that record, we’ll release it. You’ll hear a lot of new music from us.” The Jonas Brothers are planning a summer tour together so we’ll probably get to hear Joe’s solo stuff after that’s done. The question is if anyone cares.
The summer camp that Britney Spears created for under privileged kids back in 1999 is in serious danger of going under unless they find some serious cash ASAP. The camp, a 10-day summer program for 250 ?economically disadvantaged students?, was originally named the Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts until the pop singer bowed out in 2004. After that, the cam was renamed Summer Stars Camp and received donations from sponsors like 50 Cent and the Jonas Brothers. However, the camp has now run out of money and can?t find any celebrity sponsors this year. This is the first time they?ve had this type of issue since the camp was founded. The director claims that the camp is in need of $250,000 to stay afloat and have entered a contest run by Pepsi in an effort to score a grant.
A rabid male fan crashed the stage at a Jonas Brothers concert this past weekend in Madrid. I never knew they actually had male fans, but anyway. Unlike Britney Spears who infamously screamed when the same thing happened to her at one of her gigs, the band of cuties just kept on playing. It was a pretty hilarious sight. The guys were still playing and singing their little hearts out while the fan was running around in circles trying to get away from security and ripping his shirt off. Tokio Hotel took home the “Best Group” award at the MTV European Music Awards in Berlin beating out the likes of Black Eyed Peas, Jonas Brothers, Kings of Leon and Green Day. Bill, Tom, Georg and Gustav also rocked an epic performance of their international single “World Behind My Wall” complete with insane pyro and explosive stage effects. The track appears on the recently released Humanoid album.

Kevin Jonas has revealed that he will be having both of his brothers as best men at his wedding.
Kevin, 21, recently proposed to his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa and there was speculation as to who he would choose as his best man.
He said to PEOPLE: “I decided that it’s going to be both Joe and Nick. Dani has an older and a younger sister, so it works out really well. I can have two best men, and she can have two maids of honour.”
Brothers Nick, 17, and Joe, 19, are living up to their squeaky-clean image and say that his bachelor party will be a clean affair.
Nick said: “It will be good, clean fun. We’re going to have a good time with friends and family.”
Joe added: “It won’t be in Vegas. Vegas is not really the ideal place. We are thinking somewhere even cooler and better.”
Nick added: “It’s a big deal, but Kevin kind of has already planned it himself. He will give us suggestions on what he would like and we keep on trying to tell him no.
“We’re like: ‘You have no involvement in planning this. Just get ready to have a good time.”

Sasha Fierce? which sold 2.4 million and the soundtrack for the movie ?Twilight? which sold 2.2 million. However, not everyone can do well. The Jonas Brothers fever seems to be dying down because the boys only managed to sell 520,000 copies of their new album. Disney starlet Demi Lovato also bombed selling only 240,000 copies of her album. Jordin Sparks, Green Day and Kelly Clarkson are also on the list of so-called failures.

The Jonas Brothers were recently under attack! A hormonally charged teenager, or her desperate mother, chucked a bra onto the stage at the band?s concert last weekend. Joe Jonas seemed to be the target but he ducked away from the piece of lingerie as if it was a bomb that was ready to blow. It?s ok man, it?s just some cotton and spandex ? or maybe it was lace. He should just deal with it like Nick Jonas did. Nick was spotted laughing hard when he saw how Joe ducked that thing. Honestly people, there were minors in that audience. Nobody needed to see that.
The eldest of the Jonas Brothers, Kevin Jonas, recently got engaged and he is quick to open up about when he proposed to his long time girlfriend Danielle Deleasa. The singer had just returned to his native New Jersey from a show in Vancouver when he planned to pop the question on Wednesday morning. Kevin said ?It was tough performing last night, knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world.? Danielle was thrilled as Kevin shared ?She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row.? I believe in true love and all that but I sure hope he gets a prenup.
Larry King managed to get some interesting information during his interview last week with the Jonas Brothers ? Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas have reconnected. The TV host asked Joe Jonas is his girlfriend was as famous as Nick?s girlfriend, to which Joe replied, ?No, I don?t think anyone?s as famous as Miley Cyrus!? I find it funny that it was Joe who pretty much outed his younger brother as he was preaching about wanting to keep their private lives out of the public eye a few minutes before being asked that question. Miley and Nick previously dated back in 2007.
Nick Jonas has gone to Washington DC to speak to President Obama about federal funding for diabetes research.
The youngest member of the Jonas Brothers was pictured at the White House with the US leader and children who are living with diabetes.
Jonas, 16, is a sufferer and is currently starring in TV adverts about the disease.
This week he joins boxer Sugar Ray Leonard and actress Mary Tyler Moore as the trio testify before a Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing on federal funding for diabetes research.
Leonard doesn’t personally have the disease, which has affected his family, but Moore does.
Jonas, who first revealed he has Type 1 diabetes while performing at a Diabetes Research Institute fundraising in 2007, also had a private meeting with Frank Lautenberg the Democratic senator from New Jersey.

The Jonas Brothers were recently on the BBC Radio 1?s Live Lounge and they completely destroyed Katy Perry?s beautiful ballad ?Thinking of You?. It was utterly painful to listen to. How can they do this? Do they hate Katy? The brothers? rendition of the song featured violins, guitars and poorly placed harmonies. Here?s to hoping that Katy doesn?t hear their version or she might go on a rampage. They totally took everything that was good in the song and threw it all away. The emotion was completely lost. And that was what made the song work in the first place!
Did you know that Nick Jonas has a duet with his ex-girlfriend Miley Cyrus on the Jonas Brothers? new album? The song is called ?Before the Storm?. In their case, shouldn?t it have been called ?After the Storm?? I wonder if this caused any trouble for Miley and her older boyfriend Justin Gaston. But wait! The singer and the model have reportedly broken up as things between them have been rocky for a while. I wonder if Nick being in Miley?s life had anything to do with it. They?re obviously referring to the country singing cutie?s ?Teardrops on My Guitar?.
The mother of the singing trio, The Jonas Brothers, apparently prays for her three sons every night. But there is no mention of good health, prosperity and good luck in those prayers? no, Denise Jonas prays that her sons will remain virgins until they are married. She said: “They are men. They have desires. They have testosterone. If they make a mistake, I’m not going to hate them. I don’t think they are above or below being seduced. I would be foolish if I thought that. I pray for them.” Well, no, actually, The Jonas Brothers are boys, they are teenage boys, which makes it all the more worse, but their mother shouldn?t fear anything. As long as she keeps them away from Lady GaGa, everything should be fine.

The first single off of the album is called ?Paranoid? and some people are saying that the lyrics may be referring to Joe?s ex-girlfriend, country singing cutie Taylor Swift. However, Nick says ?This is really funny because people think this is about something particular but the truth to that is it’s one of the only songs of the record that’s not about a direct personal experience.? After their latest show, The Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, the three band mate brothers are getting a bit tired with being famous and the impact it has had on their lives. Joe Jonas had this to say on behalf of himself and the band: “Do we ever wish we could lead a normal life? We definitely do. There are days when we have it and days when we don’t, but appreciate all of it, it’s awesome.” Ok, so maybe the Jonas Brothers are not so fed up with it all. After all, they?ve got thousands of screaming, hysterical teenage girls on their backs almost constantly? what?s not to like about that? Maybe getting ripped to bits and pieces and mauled to death? Perhaps, perhaps?
Are the Jonas Brothers already running out of steam? Even though 4 million tweens and parents tuned in to the Disney Channel?s premiere of the band of brothers? show ?Jonas?, the new series failed to bring in the big numbers that Disney was hoping for. In fact, the show had the lowest rated premiere of a live action series for the channel since 2005! Even Miley Cyrus has bypassed them in the ratings. The latest episode of ?Hannah Montana? premiered to almost 1 million more viewers than that of ?Jonas?. It?s not much of a surprise though considering her ?Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour? earned a cool $40 million more than the Jonas Brothers? 3D box office under performer. It looks like their star is losing light faster than anyone thought.
David Archuleta recently went on an episode of ?Hannah Montana? as a guest star. In addition to his so-called acting, the American Idol season 7 runner up also sang a song with Disney Channel starlet Miley Cyrus. I wonder how this whole deal came about. I didn?t really think that they run in the same circles or that even their people run in the same circles. I just hope that Miley wasn?t able to get her grubby little hands into little David like she was able to do when Nick Jonas and the rest of the Jonas Brothers were guests on the show. The mere thought gives my nightmares, nightmares.
The Jonas Brothers? soundtrack to accompany their new 3D concert experience is expected to debut at number 1 on the US album charts this week. The album is being projected to sell well over 80,000 copies in its first week, which combined with the profits of the film means a very large payday for the Disney stars. And just a little tidbit for those of you who just love rivalries? if the Jonas Brothers do take the number 1 spot on the albums chart, they will be ousting none other than Joe?s ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift. I wonder how Taylor will feel about that.
The Jonas Brothers just give, give and give. Luckily for some fans, they might be able to meet Kevin, Nick and Joe soon. The thing is, fans won?t know before it happens. The band of brothers? new flick ?Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience? opens in theaters nationwide today. The trio recently announced in a press conference that ?We can’t give too many details as to what cities or how many cities we’ll be going to. What we can tell you is it will be a coast-to-coast tour and it’s really all about our fans, and being able to experience this with them.? You have to give credit to whoever thought of this publicity scheme. More tweens will be buying tickets to the movie hoping that the Jonas Brothers will be there.
