Joe Jonas and Lil Wayne Collaborate on Remix – Just in Love
Joe Jonas is really desperate to get his solo career off the ground, so much so that he’s recruited Lil Wayne to join him on the official remix of his single “Just in Love”. The pop singer may be delirious because he’s not getting any urban airplay if that’s what he was going for. As for the remix, Joe’s vocals, lyrics and the song’s beat are the same, with the addition of Lil Wayne adding some rap verses. Unfortunately for Joe, they don’t really add anything good to the song. I was actually anticipating Joe’s solo debut after hearing “See No More” but after “Just in Love” and hearing other leaked tracks, let’s just say he’s lucky that he’s pretty.
It looks like things are going good for Joe Jonas. Not only has he set off with a solo music career but he’s also going to get a chance to be a real Hollywood movie star. If anyone knows anything about Hollywood, you can work on a film all you want but if you don’t have financing, you have a problem. That’s apparently been the struggle Joe was facing for a while but good news came recently. The pop singer said “I was in Mexico City last week and my manager called me and said, ‘The movie’s financed!’ I was, like, in tears. [It's about a] young man who is finding himself. The storyline is still bare bones, but I will say he has a specific dream that he wants to accomplish, and it’s the good and the bad he has to go through to get there. It’s going to be an older-feeling kind of movie. It’s a little bit of everything. One of my favorite movies is The Four Feathers, and that has everything. It has funny, romantic, passionate. I want to do something like that.”
Joe Jonas has reportedly made some major changes on his upcoming debut CD. The pop singer was said to have started with a softer sound but has done a big 180 and switched gears to a more dance-filled and upbeat record. The Jonas Brothers member told In Style I began writing it with a Michael Buble mentality, but now I’m switching gears a bit. Joe has even asked electropop singer/producer FrankMusik to collaborate, saying He’s awesome. We’ve gone through couple of different sounds. It seems like Joe is definitely trying to keep away from that old Jonas Brothers sound. Do you think he has what it takes to make it?
Twilight star Ashley Greene has introduced her boyfriend Joe Jonas to her family, according to reports. The celebrity duo has been dating for four months and was spotted shopping and grabbing a bite to eat at a mall in her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. Later the couple were seen locking lips in a local bar. “They were there with two other couples and at first went unnoticed,” an eyewitness told E! Online. “Then they moved to the back corner for more privacy. They were very cute together, she was caressing him, they were making out and holding hands.” “After they started making out, they drew some unwanted attention,” the eyewitness recounted. Local fans were keen to pose with the pair, who declined pictures. The celebrity couple had to call on the bar’s security to help get one persistent man away. Greene, 23, will soon be back at work on the blockbuster vampire franchise when the newest instalment, Breaking Dawn, begins shooting later in the year.
With the help of a few additional performers, Jonas Brothers make a hell of a show in the video to the song Things Will Never Be The Same. The song is included on the soundtrack of Jonas L.A. The video was filmed at night, and it is included in one of J.O.N.A.S.s episodes. With Joe Jonas at the microphone, Kevin Jonas playing the guitar, and Nick Jonas playing the drums and also singing, the boys make the crowd go wild. Joes girlfriend is played by Chelsea Staub.
Jonas Brothers Things Will Never Be The Same video
Joe Jonas has scored himself some TV time and possibly a new career as the Jonas Brothers singer landed a guest-starring role on the hit TV series Hot in Cleveland. According to EW, the 20-year old pop star will play Valerie Bertinellis son. Joes first, and likely not the last, episode will air in August. If he plays his cards right, hes got himself a new career once the band thing completely tanks and Nick Jonas no longer wants to work with him because hes too busy being a big Broadway or West End stud. This way, Joe can also keep himself in line and avoid breaking any more hearts.
It looks like Nick Jonas isnt the only one hoping for a solid career outside of the Jonas Brothers as older brother Joe Jonas has announced plans to release a solo album himself. The singer said There’s nothing to hide. We’re just waiting for the right timing. There’s a lot of Jonas stuff going on this year, so once there’s a place for that record, we’ll release it. You’ll hear a lot of new music from us. The Jonas Brothers are planning a summer tour together so well probably get to hear Joes solo stuff after thats done. The question is if anyone cares.
Without even so much as trying too hard it looks like Joe Jonas is already in another relationship, this time with Demi Lovato. Maybe he had wanted to keep things subtle, but Demi Lovato kind of let herself go a bit on Billy Bush?s radio show. The next season of American Idol is shaping up to be a good one. The reality TV talent show is back on the air on January 12 for a 2-night, 4-hour premiere event featuring the auditions from Boston and Atlanta. They have quite a star-studded guest judge list to boot! Not only is Ellen DeGeneres taking over for Paula Abdul for the whole season but Victoria Beckham, Mary J. Blige, Kristin Chenoweth, Neil Patrick Harris, Joe Jonas, Avril Lavigne, Katy Perry and Shania Twain will be guest judges throughout the season. I am definitely looking forward to this new season!
If you missed out on Taylor Swift?s guest hosting gig on Saturday Night Live, you pretty much missed on one of the greatest episodes of the comedy show ever. The country singer sang and played guitar to ?Monologue Song (La La La)?. She killed it! The Jonas Brothers were recently under attack! A hormonally charged teenager, or her desperate mother, chucked a bra onto the stage at the band?s concert last weekend. Joe Jonas seemed to be the target but he ducked away from the piece of lingerie as if it was a bomb that was ready to blow. It?s ok man, it?s just some cotton and spandex ? or maybe it was lace. He should just deal with it like Nick Jonas did. Nick was spotted laughing hard when he saw how Joe ducked that thing. Honestly people, there were minors in that audience. Nobody needed to see that.
Joe Jonas will be serving as a guest judge for this week?s set of American Idol auditions. It also seems that we?ll be seeing more guest judges as the season goes by. An insider recently told Pop Tarts that ?At this stage it doesn?t look like Paula [Abdul] will be replaced by one person. The celebrity judges are working really well for now.? Other celebrities who will be joining Season 9 regular judges Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi include the likes of Shania Twain and Jennifer Lopez. Victoria Beckham and Mary J Blige have already finished their run as guest judges. Also, the original American Idol, Kelly Clarkson, is said to be in negotiations to be a guest judge.
Larry King managed to get some interesting information during his interview last week with the Jonas Brothers ? Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas have reconnected. The TV host asked Joe Jonas is his girlfriend was as famous as Nick?s girlfriend, to which Joe replied, ?No, I don?t think anyone?s as famous as Miley Cyrus!? I find it funny that it was Joe who pretty much outed his younger brother as he was preaching about wanting to keep their private lives out of the public eye a few minutes before being asked that question. Miley and Nick previously dated back in 2007.
A tip for first time writers is to write what you know. Taylor Swift constantly does that with every hit song she?s come out with so I guess it?s about time that other people do that too. I guess Joe Jonas took some notes as the song ?Much Better? off of the new Jonas Brothers album pretty much takes a shot at Joe?s ex-girlfriend. The lyrics go ?And all the tears on her guitar, I’m not bitter. But now I see, everything I’d ever need, Is the girl in front of me, She’s much better.? They?re obviously referring to the country singing cutie?s ?Teardrops on My Guitar?.
After their latest show, The Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience, the three band mate brothers are getting a bit tired with being famous and the impact it has had on their lives. Joe Jonas had this to say on behalf of himself and the band: “Do we ever wish we could lead a normal life? We definitely do. There are days when we have it and days when we don’t, but appreciate all of it, it’s awesome.” Ok, so maybe the Jonas Brothers are not so fed up with it all. Speaking to Seventeen magazine the brunette singer says, “Writing songs about people is the only way I know how to do things. I mean, I can’t wish I hadn’t written a song about someone, because if I hadn’t, that song wouldn’t exist. I just don’t find any joy in writing about things I haven’t been through. Right now, my favorite thing to write about is love. And break-ups. And boys. And feelings.”
