Miley Cyrus was originally set to perform the Poison hit “Every Rose has Its Thorn” at the 2010 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre LA Live in Los Angeles this past Sunday. However, the Disney singer/actress made a last minute switch and performed her song “Love and Forgiveness” off of her album “Can’t Be Tamed” instead. I wonder if it’s because of the reports that her parents are actually going through a divorce because her mom allegedly had an affair with Poison rock star Bret Michaels. It’s a big possibility. In any case, Miley did well on her performance. I’m glad to see that she managed to keep herself together through these tough times.
