Members of the band Outlaws, created by Tupac Shakur, recently admitted that they smoked the rap star’s ashes at a party held in his memory.
In an interview with Vlad TV, Young Noble and EDI Mean, members of the band Outlawz, have revealed that they smoked the ashes of the dead rap star at a beach party, organized in memory of the artist.
Tupac was gunned down in Las Vegas 15 years ago and, it turns out, had asked that his remains in the form of ashes, to be smoked. At least that’s what the lyrics of the song ‘Black Jesus’ say.
When asked if they smoked, indeed, Tupac’s ashes, Young Noble said: ‘Yes, clearly it’s true … We organized a small party in his memory, along with his ​​mother and family. We went to the beach and we had a lot of things that he liked. Joints, chicken wings, orange juice .. Pac loved that stuff. ”

Kid Rock was supposed to be arraigned in Dekalb County, Georgia on Monday but the case has been postponed until next month. Knowing the justice system, it may not go on at all. Rock?s arraignment is not scheduled to happen on February 4. But according to the Dekalb County Solicitors Office, the case may or may not go forward, pending more evidence.

A free concert featuring the hip-hop star at Emory University in Atlanta was canceled Thursday afternoon after part of the outdoor stage collapsed during construction, injuring three people, two of them seriously. I feel really bad for the injured because they were there to have some with friends and this happens because the people who were responsible for putting the stage together must have messed up their work and as a result these poor chaps are now getting treatment. There can be insurance for everything and reimbursement for medical aid from hospital but these are some bad scars that are left on the 3 persons injured and it will take a long time to heal these scars on their minds. Thankfully Akon was not there or else his name would have been dragged into this and a controversy created by the media that wherever he goes there is an incident involving him.

Rapper T.I., or Clifford Joseph Harris Jr. as his birth certificate says, was arrested last week in Atlanta. The ATF issued a search warrant for his home and the rapper is said to be in custody.
The agencies at the scene of the federal search warrant include the ATF, US Marshalls, Fugitive Task Force, Fulton Country SWAT, Fulton County PD, Dekalb County PD and the ATF/Atlanta PD Violent Crime Impact Team. Were they arresting one solitary rapper or the Wu Tang Clan and their entourage?

Philadelphia cops are saying that rapper Beanie Sigel is headed back into the slammer once again. The rapper who?s had several run ins with trouble is in hot water this time for theft and unauthorized use of an automobile. He has allegedly held on to a rental car for over three months now!
According to the police, Beanie rented a car in Southwest Philadelphia in late July even though his license was suspended. Add to that, he failed to return the car. The rental company continued to charge his credit card and finally reported the car stolen last month.
The car was finally returned on October 5 just as police were headed to Beanie?s home to arrest him.

Music mogul Carl Stubner is in a heap of trouble. Two words: Motley Crue. The band is alleging that Stubner scalped free tickets that were given to him when he was managing the rock group.
According to an amended complaint, Vince Neil, Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars are accusing Stubner of requesting tickets to their concerts and then selling them at scalper prices to get some extra money to flow into his pockets. The band is claiming that he used ?his position and status as a manager? and demanded numerous complimentary tickets per show, which he resold.?

Former Savage Garden front man and still singer Darren Hayes was reportedly arrested in London last weekend. The really juicy part is that it was for a racially motivated verbal attack on a waiter at a Thai restaurant.

Marilyn Manson’s former keyboardist has sued the shock rocker, claiming he kept millions of dollars meant to be shared and bought items including a handbag owned by Hitler’s girlfriend and a skeleton in a wheelchair.
Stephen Bier whose stage name was Madonna Wayne Gacy says he, Manson and other band members signed a partnership agreement in 1993 to share profits.
The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims Manson and others deceived Bier into thinking the band wasn’t making much money.
Bier says he began to think differently several years ago when Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, went on a spending binge. He claims Manson owes him at least $20 million in shared profits.
From 2004 to 2006, the suit claims, Manson used band money to buy a $2 million home, collect Nazi paraphernalia and to give his fiancee at the time a handbag once owned by Eva Braun.
Manson also bought “African masks made of human skin, the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl, and the full skeleton of a 17th-century male in a wheelchair,” the suit claims.
In addition, the suit claims Manson spent band money on personal drug treatment, a low-budget movie production, a Los Angeles gallery to display his artwork and about $450,000 for an engagement ring and his wedding to burlesque performer Dita Von Teese. She has since filed for divorce.
Bier contends that Manson and the band’s lawyer and business managers cut off his salary payments and band credit card access and refused to pay his medical bills for work-related problems.
Manson’s agent did not immediately return a call Saturday. But in an interview Thursday with MTV News, Manson denied the allegations and said he would fight them.
“The fact that he’s claiming that I’ve treated him unfairly, financially, is really ridiculous,” the singer said. “And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It’s a Chinese boy, for the record.”

The photographer had been trying to take pictures of Spears and her two children walking through a hotel in Vegas. Her bodyguard lashed out at the man, shoving him which witnesses say caused Sean Preston to also be hurt. Britney is blaming the photographer Kyle Henderson for the incident with her son. The Las Vegas P.D. is charging Camera with battery while Spears is trying to do the same against Henderson. The most amazing thing here is that literally every single day in the life of Britney Spears is a gong show. Courtney Love can breathe a sigh of relief. She is no longer the most screwed up celebrity in Hollywood.
Grammy-nominated rapper Remy Ma was arrested Saturday on charges of attempted murder in a shooting outside a trendy Manhattan nightspot, police said.
The 26-year-old rapper, whose real name is Remy Smith, had been sought for questioning in the shooting of a 23-year-old woman early Saturday after a verbal dispute near a bar in the Meatpacking District. She reported to police Saturday evening and was also arrested on charges of assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
The rapper’s manager said Saturday that she could not talk and referred calls to Remy Ma’s attorney, who was with the rapper as she reported to police.
“I ask everyone to keep an open mind,” attorney Scott Leemon said. “Things are not always as they seem.”
He said an arraignment would be likely be held on Sunday.
A 911 call reporting gunfire led police to a woman with a gunshot wound. Three blocks away, officers discovered a luxury SUV owned by Remy Ma; the vehicle had been involved in a single-car crash and abandoned, police said.
The victim, Makeda Barnes-Joseph, was in stable condition at a hospital.
Sasha Tcherekoff, owner of the Pizza Bar, said a review of security videotape taken inside his nightspot showed the rapper and her friends having a good time before they exited.
“The police have indicated to us that the altercation happened a block away,” the owner said. “The security tapes determined there was no physical or verbal altercation while they were in the Pizza Bar.”

Prince has angered the music industry and stirred up trouble among British retailers by giving away his new album with a tabloid newspaper this weekend.
“Planet Earth” will be packaged with the Mail on Sunday at a price of $2.80.
The giveaway has been roundly criticized as a major blow for an industry already facing rapidly declining CD sales. It has led Sony BMG U.K., Prince’s local label, to pull the plug on its own sales release of the CD in Britain.
International sales launch for “Planet Earth” is July 16; the U.S. launch is July 24.
“The Artist formerly known as Prince should know that with behavior like this he will soon be the Artist Formerly Available in Record Stores,” said Paul Quirk, co-chairman of the Entertainment Retailers Association, referring to a period in the 1990s when the singer famously stopped using his name to protest a binding record deal.
“It is an insult to all those record stores who have supported Prince throughout his career,” Quirk said.
A publicist for Prince’s record label said the 49-year-old singer-songwriter wasn’t doing interviews.
“Like it or not, selling the newspaper is the only way to make the Prince album available to our customers,” HMV said.
Rival retailers were outraged.
“We’re stunned that HMV has decided to take what appears to be a complete U-turn on their stance,” said Simon Douglas, managing director of retail at Virgin Megastores. “It’s not only retailers that suffer; the public will suffer in the long term by restricting choice on the high street.”
Canadian pop star Avril Lavigne has denied copying a song by 1970s rock band The Rubinoos.
Songwriters Tommy Dunbar and James Gangwer allege Lavigne’s recent hit single Girlfriend was lifted from their 1979 song I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend.
But Lavigne said she has “never in my life heard of” the band and says her song has “no musical similarities”.
“Their claim is based on five words,” she wrote on her website. “All songs share similar lyrics and emotions.”
Dunbar and Gangwer launched a legal case against Lavigne in a US District Court in San Francisco last week.
They alleged that “the lyric, the meter, the rhythm” of the Canadian star’s song were “identical” to their tune.
But Lavigne reacted angrily to the claims in a message headed “to my dear media, friends, and fans”.
“Simply put, I have been falsely accused of ripping their song off,” she said.
“Luke [Gottwald, songwriter] and I have done nothing wrong and there is no merit to their claim.”
The 22-year-old singer went on to say that the lyrical conceit of Girlfriend could be compared to other hit records.

Pete Doherty pleaded guilty to a drug charge Tuesday after arriving so late the judge had issued an arrest warrant.
The 28-year-old rocker admitted possessing quantities of crack cocaine, heroin, cannabis and ketamine as well as to two driving offenses.
Doherty, leader of Baby shambles and the boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss, has been undergoing drug treatment under court order because of previous convictions.

In a plea agreement, rapper Eve admitted Thursday to drunken driving when she smashed her Maserati. She was ordered to pay fines and stay sober, but spared jail time. The rapper, whose full name is Eve Jeffers, 28, did not attend the Los Angeles court hearing. Through her attorney, Blair Berk, she entered a no-contest plea and admitted to driving with a .08 percent blood alcohol level or higher in the April 26 crash in Hollywood. Under the plea, Eve must spend 45 days with an alcohol-monitoring device on her ankle and attend a series of classes for first-time drunken-driving offenders. She was also fined $1,400 and placed on three years’ informal probation. Another singer celebrity whose been found wanting in the hands of law, these people really believe in reckless driving or like banging cars on the streets. Singer Johnny Rodriguez,? has been charged with three felony drug counts.
Blanchard police stopped Johnny Rodriguez Friday at U.S. Highway 62 and Rockwell west of Oklahoma City on a complaint of speeding, according to a court affidavit filed with the charges.
Rodriguez had six No. 1 hits on the country charts in the 1970s, including “I Just Can’t Get Her Out of My Mind,” “Love Put a Song in My Heart” and “That’s the Way Love Goes.”
Officers then found? bags of marijuana, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and an open container of beer in his pickup truck,.
Rodriguez was charged with felony counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence of drugs.
The 55-year-old Laredo, Texas, resident also was charged with possession of paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
He was released from the McClain County jail Saturday on $6,500 bail.
According to his tour schedule, Rodriguez was supposed to sing at the Old West Fest in Sperry on Friday night, but event organizers said he didn’t make it.
He is due back in McClain County court July 18 for a preliminary hearing conference.
A month after he lost his Verizon tour sponsorship for aggressively randy onstage conduct with an underage girl, the MC is under the microscope again, this time for throwing a 15-year-old male fan from the stage.
Police are still considering whether any charges will be filed in the incident, which occurred on Sunday at Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill, New York, during a concert by local station WSPK (104.7). On Wednesday, Akon?s attorney released a statement proclaiming the singer?s innocence in the bizarre episode, caught on fans? cell-phone cameras, in which Akon appears to grab a fan brought up on stage by security and hurl the boy into the crowd.
?Given the information that we have reviewed to date, it does not appear to us that Akon was involved in any criminal conduct whatsoever?, read a statement from Akon?s attorney, Benjamin Brafman. ?We are prepared to fully cooperate with any law enforcement agency that may be investigating this incident. We are confident that after a thorough investigation it will be apparent that no criminal prosecution of Akon is warranted.?
According to the Journal, the boy?s mother contacted authorities and gave them her son?s name. Police had been seeking the boy to see if he?d been injured in the incident and was interested in pressing charges. So far, no criminal charges have been filed against Akon and the Journal reported that the uninjured boy refused medical treatment on site and left right after the incident.
This is the second time in two months that Akon?s onstage antics have gotten him in trouble. In April, during a concert in Trinidad, the singer was videotaped simulating sex with a 14-year-old girl on stage, which resulted in Verizon withdrawing its sponsorship of Akon?s current tour with Gwen Stefani. Akon apologized for the raunchy performance and said later that he didn?t know the girl ? a pastor?s daughter ? was underage.
At press time, Fishkill police had not responded to MTV News? requests for comment on the investigation.
