Britney Spears’s recent stunt at the GM Place in Vancouver should be taken as a pitch for the anti-smoking campaign. Britney Spears walked out of the stage right after she started her Circus Show. She was dressed in a ringleader costume with matching whip but when she removed the jacket she was clad only in a sparkling bra with bare midriff. The fans started to go wild and chanted “Britney! Britney” when the stage went dark. After a while it was announced that the performance will resume after the air clears since it is no longer comfortable and safe for the performers.
After a lot of booing and howling for 30 minutes Britney Spears appeared and sang “If U Seek Amy” as well as “Me Against the Music”. Britney closed the Circus show with “Womanizer” but not before telling the Vancouver crowd to stop smoking weed. That proved to be a very high profile campaign pitch not only against smoking but against smoking weed. Way to go Britney Spears!

Sources are saying that while most of the world was convinced that she was going to get the ax last week and later surprised at David Hernandez?s leaving, the other contestants were making theories on why Kristy was saved. John Mayer is very well known for being a douche bag on the internet but very few knew that it can translate in real life. The singer was spotted at LAX airport on Monday. Before he went through airport security for a flight out, a photographer asked him just how he found LA. His smartass answer was funnier than him dating Jessica Simpson. He said that a friend told him that it?s somewhere between Santa Monica and Anaheim. Right. And some people still wonder why he?s being called a douche bag. And by some people, I mean John Mayer himself.
John Mayer may be a douche bag but you can?t deny that he?s really good. The cocky singer just uploaded a new video to his YouTube account and the video is phenomenal. He grabbed his signature instrument, the guitar, and did his own interpretations of Justin Timberlake?s ?I Think She Knows/Lovestoned Interlude?. It?s really amazing. He was able to use his guitar for both rhythm and bass simultaneously.
But if you know of John?s background, it shouldn?t be surprising. He is classically trained on guitar after all. He?s bound to know all the tricks of the trade that makes us go ?wow?.

British singer James Blunt chose to celebrate New Year at a costume party held at an exclusive hotel in Verbier, Switzerland on Monday. The 33-year old singer sported a sleeveless fur coat, orange sunglasses, a necklace with a huge peace sign pendant, a sky blue headband and a full head of hair.
The afro-ed singer looked straight out of the 70s if you ask me? or is it the 80s? To be honest, I?m not really quite sure. Pretty good costume.
Some celebrities really do care about things other than themselves. Apparently ex-army man James Blunt plants a tree every time that he sells a concert ticket online. In the garden of his own home no less.
Well I guess if you have a garden the size of a football pitch there are worse things you could do than grow an orchard. Trees included are apple, orange, avocado, lime and plum.

James says; “I’m really into growing trees these days, trying to do my bit for the environment. In fact, we plant a tree every time we sell a ticket online.”
Rumour has it that to this day James has planted four trees.

Shoot me, we actually have lots more to look forward to. It?s an interesting read really.

In fact, if you want to go big, so is Michael Stipe, Bono (?supreme douchebag?), Thom Yorke, Will Smith and Brad Pitt?.
Travis Barker of Blink 182 fame is usually rockin? it out. With his tattoos, mo-hawk and piercings, you would hardly think of him as a hip hop act. But a video has been posted on YouTube where the drummer is making use of his talent to pound out the song ?Crank That? by Soulja Boy. And anyone can say that his remix is fantastic as he put his rock star attitude on the mega hit.
I just think it?s sad that the Soulja Boy is getting pretty commercial. Children to ballet to it, Natalie Portman dances to it and Travis did a remix of it. If by some miracle, Britney decides to dance again and learn the Soulja Boy dance, it?s over!

Heidi and her fianc? Spencer Pratt decided to go cheap and film her new music video by themselves last week. And boy was it cheesy! Spencer acts as camera man, producer, director and even sound engineer. Nice boom box!
