He?s still got an assault charge against him but Chris Brown is already being sued by someone else. A photographer claims that the R&B singer was involved in a violent incident on a Los Angeles basketball court back in March. According to the lawsuit, the photographer claims it all went down just weeks after the Rihanna incident when he shot a photo of Chris playing ball with his friends. He then claimed that Chris? bodyguards yelled at him so he tried to leave the gym but an LA Fitness employee blocked his escape. The photographer then fell down a stairwell which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him where they ?picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him.? He is suing Chris and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.
The singer has apparently written a song called ?Silly Boy? which is most likely aimed at her former boyfriend Chris Brown. Some Rihanna?s lyrics for the song are as follows: “I said I’m not coming back / You fooled me once but you can’t have that ego turning. Just too bad for you, that when you had me / Didn’t know what to do, she’s over you. Cause you had a good girl, good girl / Girl that’s a keeper / You had a good girl, good girl but didn’t know how to treat her. So silly boy get out my face / Why do you like the way regrets taste?” Well, that?s one way to get over the whole assault thing. But still you have to wonder how much Rihanna can actually get to Chris Brown with a song like that? especially since the man is still facing jail time.
Singer Chris Brown is close to striking a plea deal, according to a new report.
Brown is facing two felony charges for allegedly beating his then girlfriend and singer Rihanna on February 8.
A new court hearing is scheduled for this week when the parties will set a date for Brown’s preliminary hearing.
He is charged with assault likely to cause great bodily injury and making criminal threats.
However, Brown signed a waiver and is not expected to be in court for the hearing.
But sources close to the case have told Radaronline.com that ‘progress has been made’ on a plea deal.
Even so, that source insists there are still issues to be worked out and a deal is ‘close, but not imminent’.
The source added that barring a last-minute breakthrough it is unlikely a deal will be announced in court this week but both sides have moved closer together.
It is still uncertain what is preventing a deal from being closed by the District Attorney’s office and Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos.
If no deal is reached and the case progresses to the preliminary hearing stage, the case against Brown will be presented to a judge including evidence such as photographers taken of Umbrella singer Rihanna shortly after the alleged incident, showing her fact bruised and beaten.
E! Online was first to report that Chris Brown and Rihanna were in a Santa Monica studio earlier this month recording a duet with producer Polow Da Don in efforts to salvage Chris? career. Other members of the media contacted the producer?s publicist and were told that, not only was the E! story true but also gave details on the behavior of Chris and Rihanna while recording. However, the publicist lied! The publicist is now backtracking saying that she was referring to a song that Rihanna recorded in the past and not a new duet with Chris. Right. They just made Rihanna look stupid with that big lie.

Two rappers were denied entry to Chris Brown?s album release party earlier in the week. In response to the treatment, they tore up the place in protest.
Juelz Santana and Jim Jones both tried to get into the party at Tenjune only to get shut out. The reason for the shut out is unknown but is most interesting because both have collaborated with Chris before.
Cops soon arrived at the scene per request of the club and Tenjune shut itself down which left stars at the party like Tyrese, Lil Mama and Sean Kingston with nowhere to celebrate temporarily.
