Black Eyed Peas Accused of Plagiarism

The Black Eyed Peas are being accused of plagiarizing a song. I don’t know all the details of the allegations yet but I do know that lawyers are already involved. The group’s song off of their new album ‘The END’, called ‘Party All the Time’ is the song in question. The music is apparently a stolen sample of the song ‘Mancry’ from the act Freeland. According to reports, Black Eyed Peas member and producer will.i.am was at an event last year where he heard Freeland perform the song. I listened to both songs and I totally hear the similarities. I wonder what Black Eyed Peas has to say about this.
