The Jackson family’s lawyer has revealed that the King of Pop’s reported will has never been seen by the Jackson clan – and he insisted that Michael Jackson “loved his dad”.

It has been reported that the superstar left a will dated from 2002, leaving his estate to his children, mother and some charities – but excluding his father Joe Jackson.

The singer had accused him of beating him during his childhood.

But Brian Oxman, the Jacksons’ attorney, has cast doubt on the document.

“No one that I know has ever seen this will,” he told CBS’ Early Show.

And he said the reported exclusion of Joe Jackson did not reflect Michael’s feelings for him.

“Michael loved his father and I want that to be known throughout all of time. He loved his dad and all of the controversies need to be set aside at this point,” Oxman said.

He also dismissed previous reports of Jackson’s childhood abuse.

“We hear all kinds of things to the contrary, but that’s just part of the storm that has surrounded Michael’s life,” said Oxman.

“I only know what I saw… that Michael loved his dad.”

Michael Jackson’s body could be displayed in a glass casket so fans can pay their last respects, according to reports in The Sun newspaper.

The 50-year-old star died suddenly in LA after reportedly suffering a heart attack.

It is claimed family members cannot agree on funeral arrangements for the star and as his parents Joe and Katherine are Jehovah Witnesses, their faith believes a body should be buried as soon as possible.

A source said: “The idea is causing internal stress within the family. The glass casket idea would create so much public interest it would take time to organise.

“People would make the pilgrimage from the other side of the world. The question that keeps coming back is: ‘What would Michael have wanted?’”

The superstar previously stunned fans when it emerged he would drink wine from coke cans and playfully called it “Jesus Juice”.

Now insiders insist he also had similarly playful names for the cocktails of prescription medications that many fear may have been behind his shocking death.

TMZ.com also quoted sources as saying that Jackson had injected Demerol shortly before his cardiac arrest.

Taking a leaf out of Pink’s book, Aussie girl band The Veronicas have found a way to combine love and work of the touring kind.

The twins have reportedly worked their boyfriends into the act. Lisa Origliasso’s New Yorker beau, Reeve Carney, and his band were already on the bill. Now Jess Origliasso has got Daniel “Azaria” Byrne and his rock group The Art into the Revenge is Sweeter tour.

Speaking from Las Vegas last August, Byrne said: “I am in a cocoon of love … I am in a good space at the moment, actually. I can’t explain to you where I am, but I am in a really loving space.”

Of his love for Jess, he would not be pressed. But he said: “It comes from my heart and my surroundings at this point in time. I am in good spirits at the moment. I would like to keep that private and not add to all of the media attention so far.”

Byrne, who is lead singer of The Art, formerly known as The Follow, appeared to have mysteriously vanished last year, arousing concern when his bandmates had not heard from him. A message was posted on MySpace asking for information.

Larry King managed to get some interesting information during his interview last week with the Jonas Brothers – Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas have reconnected. The TV host asked Joe Jonas is his girlfriend was as famous as Nick’s girlfriend, to which Joe replied, “No, I don’t think anyone’s as famous as Miley Cyrus!” I find it funny that it was Joe who pretty much outed his younger brother as he was preaching about wanting to keep their private lives out of the public eye a few minutes before being asked that question. Miley and Nick previously dated back in 2007.

By now, everyone knows that the Adam Lambert song that leaked last week is actually a couple of years old. It turns out that the American Idol runner up was looking for quick money back then and lent his voice to some songs to pay the bills. The singer said “Back in 2005 when I was a struggling artist, I was hired as a studio singer to lend my vocals to tracks written by someone else. I was broke at the time and this was my chance to make a few bucks, so I jumped at the opportunity to record for my first time in a professional studio. The work I did back then in no way reflects the music I am currently in the studio working on. I’m thrilled to be working with some of today’s hottest songwriters and producers and can’t wait for people to hear what my music really sounds like.”

It has recently been reported that some “new” material from Chris Brown leaked onto the internet recently. The general belief is that the material in question is about the rapper’s recent events with his former girlfriend Rihanna. However, his record company says this is not the case as they released the following statement in regards to the so-called new Chris Brown tracks: “There are several old demos circulating that are being falsely promoted as new material from Chris.” It looks like somebody isn’t too happy about how the whole trial thing went for Chris Brown and is trying to bring a bit more to the sentence.

One of Michael Jackson’s close friends, Uri Geller, believes that it was the immense pressure caused by the singer’s upcoming comeback tour that finally did the poor fellow in. Uri Geller released the following statement about Michael Jackson’s death: “He was in good shape. I’m not a doctor, but I can only assume he was under immense stresses and pressures, and you can ask any doctor, stress is a killer. The pressure of these concerts, putting under huge pressures, he was a perfectionist. That could have been what did it. But that’s just my opinion.” This is probably not just Uri Geller’s opinion and most likely not that invalid a fact. It will be interesting to see what the promoting companies will be doing in regards to the show now that Michael Jackson has passed into the land of the righteous.

A desperate man told an emergency responder Michael Jackson was unconscious and had stopped breathing in a dramatic 911 call made from the King of Pop’s home.

The unidentified caller told the operator Jackson’s personal doctor – named in reports as Dr Conrad Murray – was on the scene and was the only witness to the incident.

In the tape, released a day after Jackson’s death, the man says: “I need an ambulance as soon as possible. We have a gentleman here who needs help and who is not breathing and we’re trying to pump him but he’s not…

In the call, made at 12.21pm local time on Wednesday, he tells the operator: “Yes, he’s not breathing sir.”

Asked if Jackson was conscious, he replies: “No, he’s not conscious.”

He says Jackson is on a bed and is told to put him on the floor for CPR.

The man says: “We have a personal doctor here with him.”

But he adds: “He’s not responding to anything. He’s not responding to CPR or anything.”

The operator asks if anyone saw what happened to Jackson and the man replies: “No, just the doctor. The doctor’s been the only one here.”

The operator asks: “OK, so did the doctor see what happened?”

The man is then heard asking the doctor: “Did you see what happened?”

There is some background noise before the man urges the operator: “Sir, please, if you can please….”

He tells the operator: “He’s pumping, pumping his chest but he’s not responding to anything.”

The operator reassures him: “OK, we’re on our way.”

It seems that the rocker recently admitted to lending a helping hand for Madonna when she was facing extreme pressure regarding the adoption of Mercy James and needed a place to lay low. That place turned out to be Lenny Kravitz’s French mansion as the singer himself relates: “It has been tough for Madonna. But she’s doing good. She’s been staying in my place in France while it was going on. I’m glad it’s worked out.” Indeed, what more inconspicuous place to hide from the media than a French mansion… especially one that belongs to Lenny Kravitz. Really, what was the catch? Was the mansion haunted? Abandoned? How come Madonna actually managed to find peace there?
