Timbaland is coming out with a new album and it is once again filled with names you can only see on the A-list. Shock Value: Volume 2 is the follow up to his 2007 release and it is due to come out in stores on February 14th. Once again, the record features his most frequent collaborator Justin Timberlake. Justin Timberlake sings on the albums lead single Meltdown alongside Gwen Stefani. The song will be released to radio on January 5th. Other artist featured include Usher, Keri Hilson, Jonas Brothers, Madonna, Rihanna, T-Pain, Akon, Jay-Z, Linkin Park, Dr. Dre, Missy Elliot, Jordin Sparks, TI, Flo-Rida and Coolio.
