Morrissey’s vocal problems have come back to haunt him – the singer was forced to abandon a concert on Friday night after performing just three songs.
The Suedehead singer left the stage at London’s Roundhouse venue after appearing to lose his voice. After a 15-minute delay, it was announced that the 48-year-old could not continue with the show at the Roundhouse.
Last summer, Morrissey abandoned a Boston, Massachusetts concert after croaking his way through seven songs. Suffering from a throat infection, the ex-The Smiths frontman was forced to call off six U.S. shows.

Boyband McFly have decided to cut their ties to the record label that made them famous and fly solo. The lads have decided that the time has come to grow up and shake of the shackles of being a boy band.

The Brit Awards nominations were just announced on Monday and several personal favorites showed up on the list. Leading the nominations are Leona Lewis and Mika who both received a smashing four nods each. Kate Nash followed with her three nominations while Kylie Minogue took the bronze, scoring two nominations. The best single category is going to be an interesting one as Mutya Buena and her former band mates, the Sugababes, are nominated. Talk about getting a rivalry going.

John Mayer may be a douche bag but you can?t deny that he?s really good. The cocky singer just uploaded a new video to his YouTube account and the video is phenomenal. He grabbed his signature instrument, the guitar, and did his own interpretations of Justin Timberlake?s ?I Think She Knows/Lovestoned Interlude?. It?s really amazing. He was able to use his guitar for both rhythm and bass simultaneously.
But if you know of John?s background, it shouldn?t be surprising. He is classically trained on guitar after all. He?s bound to know all the tricks of the trade that makes us go ?wow?.
If you?re a Spice Girls fan, I have some good news and I have some bad news to share to all of you. Good news first. The British girl power group is adding several more concerts in America. But the bad news is that there?s now word on whether or not they will be adding shows elsewhere in the world.
I think they should. It just means more money to be earned anyway. Last I heard, Australia is offering nearly $5 million to each girl just to do 3 concerts in 3 Australian cities. You can?t tell me that the offer isn?t appealing. It?s $5 million!
Foo Fighter?s founder, primary songwriter, and front man David Grohl has credited his new writing style to becoming a father. His little girl Violet was born in 2006 and Grohl said, he felt like “superman in a way because I had to be.”
He adds he “can’t be scared of writing things that I really feel.” It seems to have done the trick too. Foo Fighter?s current album has five Grammy nominations, including album of the year.
The first single, “The Pretender,” spent a record 17 weeks at number one on Billboard’s Modern Rock chart. The Foo Fighters will play the song at the 50th anniversary Grammy Awards on February 10th.

Their shocking report goes on to say that Gucci is throwing an all-star fundraiser on February 6 for Madonna?s Raising Malawi charity. However, neither Gucci nor UNICEF is aware that Raising Malawi is merely a front for Philip Berg?s Kabbalah Center of Los Angeles. The so-called charity isn?t even a registered charity. In fact, all of its forms, filings and press releases direct back to the Kabbalah Center. It?s all mighty fishy if you ask me. Madonna?s just using Malawi!
It has been revealed that rap star Eminem didn?t have such a Merry Christmas after being rushed to hospital suffering from a heart condition. Real name Marshall Mathers, the star spent time in a Detroit hospital before returning home to recover.
It seems that the ?Slim Shady? isn?t so slim anymore ? with the formerly skinny rapper?s weight spiralling; I doubt that this could have aided any heart condition. At 5ft 8in pushing 14st 7lb is heavy going.
Add that to the recent problems of the past few years and its not surprising his blood pressure is rising. Marshall has battled drug addiction and has been in and out of rehab. His volatile marriage to Kim ? married, divorced, married, on the rocks ? can?t have helped either.

Kid Rock was supposed to be arraigned in Dekalb County, Georgia on Monday but the case has been postponed until next month. Knowing the justice system, it may not go on at all. Rock?s arraignment is not scheduled to happen on February 4. But according to the Dekalb County Solicitors Office, the case may or may not go forward, pending more evidence.
The rocker was arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge back in October after he allegedly got into a fight over a woman at a Waffle House. The man who supposedly went after Rock got charged with one felony count of second degree criminal damage to property.
