Keira Knightly is slender, and that?s putting it mildly.? Because of her slight build, British tabloid Daily Mail ran an article entitled, ?If Pictures Like This One of Keira Carried a Health Warning, My Darling Daughter Might Have Lived,? dealing with a mother?s loss of her daughter due to anorexia.? Keira was outraged, and rightly so, and so sued the paper for slander.
“Yes, I looked very thin in those photos, but they were taken immediately after filming Pirates of the Caribbean and I had lost weight,” she said.? She spent a lot of time in fighting sequences for the film, and explains her weight loss was due to the underwater fighting.? The film will be coming out May 25th, and I for one will be looking to see exactly how thin she really looks.? It makes sense though that she is just naturally that skinny.? I mean, there are plenty of women that have the opposite problem, and no one is accusing them of intentionally gaining weight.

Paris Hilton has been sculptured as a naked corpse in a bizarre art campaign to warn against the dangers of drink driving.
The hotel heiress who was recently arrested for her own drunk driving is the subject of the sculpture by New York artist Daniel Edwards famous for his piece depicting Britney Spears giving birth on all fours.
The sculpture shows Paris lying naked with her legs splayed wearing a tiara and clutching a mobile phone. Her Chihuahua Tinkerbell is resting on her breasts.
The sculpture has an open abdominal cavity removable life-size organs which visitors can remove.
The artwork will be available on May 11 at New York?s Capla Kesting Fine Art gallery and would be the center piece for a public service announcement warning against drink driving, called ?Campaign to Rescue Women of Youth?.
A source told: ?I think Daniel is really trying to embrace Paris? stance against young drunk driving and the dangers that alcohol presents to young women in our society.?
Paris might not be very happy with this but her naked sculpture would serve for a good cause. Maybe she should even try to teach girls about the harm of alcohol because she has been in such a condition recently and have a wide experience when it?s up to drinking.

U2 front man Bono has been known for a while as an activist in the cause of good. No scary IRA messages for him (we?re not naming names Sinead). Bono has instead decided to try to help the world through education. He is meeting with lawmakers like Hillary Rodham Clinton to discuss plans to expand the world?s basic education. Make everyone smarter and we all win, or so the theory goes.
They say that 77 million children worldwide do not have access to education. That means that they don?t have a chance to improve their lives, and without that chance, poverty will still claim them. Bono has a very ambitious plan, but it?s the sort of thing that countries like the US should be doing. Good for him for taking a stand for the right things. Let?s hope that the government of this country stands behind him and not against him.

Kelly Clarkson is starting her summer tour but before that she wants to make sure she wouldn?t damage the Earth too hard.
?Touring does so much damage to the Earth, and that?s one of my favorite things to do.? The singer said (We assume she means the touring, not the damage – though can?t you just picture her scorching up stadiums when she belts her new single ?Never again??) Clarkson quickly clarified: ?I am really into the whole environment thing, so we are always thinking of ways to conserve energy and just do things in a different way and figure out how you can go about it.?
Before starting her tour Clarkson will take part in another concert in which she will help for the preservation of our planet and this is the US version of Live Earth on July 7 along with Kanye West and Fall Out Boy.
After that Kelly would start her tour and the fist city would be Portland on July 11 and continues trough September 26 in Los Angeles. About touring the singer says: ?I love recording in the studio, but my favorite part is by far being out on the road. It?s just me and the band. It?s you and your fans having a good time. I can?t wait.?
